The products can avail 2 Years Guarantee along with issued invoice. All shipments by ELEKTRAL are Ex-Works basis. Hence the customer is responsible for all the shipment procedure which includes cost of the shipment & insurance.
At the time of ordering, please check your billing information at https://www.onlinesatis.elektral.com.tr./english. The goods will be dispatched according to the delivery address mentioned in customer account tab. Your address information is automatically transferred to the cargo. Therefore, address changes made with the message will not be taken into consideration. Our products are delivered to your cargo along with the issued invoice. Orders placed after 15.00 on weekdays will be shipped on the following day and orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday.
